Job Description :

We are once again delighted to be working in partnership with our prestigious client Atos and are recruiting for a full time, temporary position lasting a minimum of 6 months working onsite – Ribble House, Ballam Road, Lytham FY8 4JZ.
 The salary will be £9.
30 rising to £10.
39 after 12 consecutive weeks Hours will be 37 per week, 5 out of 7 days on a varying shift pattern including weekends so flexibility is needed.
 Working as part of a team you will be working in a Financial Services environment and must therefore have a positive approach and can-do attitude.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, patience to provide world class customer service and a problem solving mindset to resolve queries quickly.
 You will be required to go through a Credit and Criminal check as well as 3 years referencing in order to undertake this role.
 No prior customer service or complaints experience is needed, so we would love to hear from you today.
