Job Description :

We're looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our fully remote team to assist us with our growing customer base.
An overview of a typical day within your role would be Responding to emails from our customers in a timely and organised manner.
Helping customers who may be confused at how to use certain aspects of the product.
Dealing with refund requests and other billing inquiries.
Ensuring the knowledgebase is kept up to date and relevant to the Tebex platform.
Reporting issues and general customer feedback to management.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who loves to help people.
We're based in the gaming and payments industry so knowledge or interest in these subjects would be great but it's not required.
As we are a remote company you must be able to work independently and meet targets on your own accord.
