Detailed Job title: Customer Support Agent – Software / MobileLocation: CardiffSalary: £26,500 plus benefits & equity  Are you looking for a new support opportunity?Do you have previous 1st line & software support experience and looking to join a growing FinTech business?Sentinel are working with a FinTech business paving the way globally with a new product, looking for a Customer Helpdesk Agent to join their Cardiff office.
The position would suit a professional with software & mobile support experience.
 Skills & Experience:We are looking for someone that has a strong mix of the following skills and experience:Experience support software and mobile solutionsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong experience in customer service Previous use of service desk & ticketing softwareExperience of cloud systems is beneficial Responsibilities:As the Customer Support Agent you’ll report directly to Service Desk Team Lead and be responsible for:Being the 1st point of contact for their software and systems customer Monitor inbound support requests Manage support tickets through to resolution UAT testing Escalate to 2nd and 3rd line where necessary  Alternative job titles: Software Support / 1st Line Support / Triage Agent
