You'll be working in the Share Options area of our Customer Support team.
Share options are used to give equity to employees which is a fantastic way to attract top talent in the early days, compete with high corporate salaries, and it's great to align employees with company goals and values, a win-win!In this role you'll be the primary interface for our option scheme customers, on-boarding them onto the SeedLegals platform, helping them set up their option scheme documents and providing a wide range of legal and technical guidance.
For this role you should be able demonstrate knowledge in some of the following areas Startup hiring and equity incentives Building and growing early stage startups Financial planning and tax incentives for founders and early stage employees Capitalisation tables Tech Your core responsibilities will include Helping our wonderful customers do everything they need to complete the documentation and legals for their option scheme, all completed via our platform.
Assisting users via intercom (chat), email and video calls.
Working with the options team to build and streamline the internal support process.
Helping research and develop new option scheme products.
Collaborating with our amazing team of developers, growth hackers, founders, investors and lawyers to further develop the SeedLegals platform and change the world.
RequirementsYou are (most likely) a recent graduate, and looking to join a high growth startup.
You have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and innovation, and are excited by the opportunity to interact with startup founders every day.
Motivated by the opportunity to deliver an awesome experience to SeedLegals users.
Phenomenal communication skills.
Outstanding time management skills, and the ability to multitask.
Strong analytical / numerical skills.
Knowledge / interest in tax or finance is a plus, however not required.
