Job Description :
As a Customer Support Technician at Wi5, you will be reporting into the Head of Delivery and working alongside our Customer Success Managers to ensure the successful onboarding and ongoing support of our clients.
Acting as the ambassador of Wi5, you’ll enjoy working closely with our clients, providing customer-facing support, proactively solving problems to drive customer usage of Wi5 and achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.
Requirements Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to our clients.
This includes being the 1st line of support for any client issues/questions and will include some weekend hours.
Help onboard new clients in using our menus tools.
Become an expert in the Wi5 product and the hospitality industry.
Advocate for our customer needs internally, driving resolution updates on key issues with clients, and providing feedback on new feature requests to product teams.
Skills & Experience A genuine interest in technology and the hospitality industry.
Ability to build excellent, long-lasting client relationships.
Excellent written and communication skills Proactivity and a passion for achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment; excellent collaboration skills, and the flexibility to respond quickly and positively to change.
