Whizz Media Ltd, a UK service company, operating exclusively for a UK and MGA facing Online Casino Group, are looking for a Responsible Gaming Analyst.
A role at the crossroads of regulation, data analysis and working with customers and colleagues.
All aspects of this role will be focused on identifying and investigating social responsibility behaviours and patterns.
In this role you will be the company’s eyes and voice in respect of responsible gaming, acting as an expert within the company and as a liaison between customers and different departments within the business.

Job Description:Detect problem & underage gamblers using back office tools.
Analyse and monitor problem gambling indicators.
Follow industry trends and remain up to date with new regulations.
Review Customer Support chats to detect underage and problem gamblers.
Monitor Customer Support compliance with regulations, policies & procedures.
Perform customer interaction to assist customers via chat, email, telephone in controlling their gambling behaviour.
Liaise with Customer Support to analyse and resolve customer complaints relating to responsible gambling.
Liaise with Payments & Fraud and Compliance departments where problem gambling coincides with fraud or money laundering suspicions.
Assisting the CS, PF and Compliance Departments with RG queries.
Updating customer account details with necessary information.
Ad hoc tasks and projects as required to develop the business as directed by the management team.
Requirements: Previous Responsible Gaming experience in an online gaming businessGenuine interest in promoting Responsible Gaming and protecting vulnerable customersExcellent analytical skills with the ability to assess variable behaviours and change processes as required.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyAble to work in a high-volume work environmentSelf-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
