Senior Administrator – Customer Support Officer (Herida Healthcare Ltd) – Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Head of Finance / AdministrationHerida Healthcare is an exciting brand of pressure reducing and moving and handling devices, which are manufactured purely for use within the healthcare sector.
A fabulous career opportunity has arisen for an outgoing, forward thinking and highly driven Senior Administrator – Customer Support Officer in our Administration Team.
The successful candidate will be a team player, have strong inter personal skills and be able to command an impeccable customer service manner.
Experience is essential in company administration.
Customer care and excellent customer service skills are also key to this role.

This includes sales order processing and first-hand experience with customer relations.
Customer Groups (Healthcare)NHS Community, NHS Acute Hospitals, Distributors (UK and International) plus some private organisations.
Administration duties include;Processing sales orders and ensuring accuracy at all times when processing orders through to the manufacturing process.
(full training provided)Responsible for maintaining customer records and product specification / pricing systems.
Liaising with customers & Business Development Managers regarding queries/delivery schedules and updating internal customer relationship management database (full training would be provided)Liaising with production and attending Daily Huddles to ensure accurate and efficient communication between Internal Sources and Customers.
Assisting with general administrative duties, including but not limited to, processing purchase orders, holiday request forms, general filing/scanning and any other ad hoc duties.
Supporting the National Sales Team with any administrative projects.
Being the first point of contact via telephone for customer and client queries.
Attending to customers during site visits, providing an impeccable service at all times.
