Working in our busy, fun and friendly managed accounts team, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets through pro-actively developing a sound business account base, whilst providing exceptional customer experiences. You will be an ace at achieving increased sales and following up on new business leads.

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • · Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • · Full account management, dealing with queries and issues effectively to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • · Growing own sales pipeline and generating leads for new business
  • · Creating strong working relationships with other departments to manage customer expectations
  • · Keeping up to date with products and technology to pro-actively promote and develop brand awareness of Novatech’s offering
  • · Ensuring accurate log of activity and customer history on the systems we have to maximise long term profitable relationships

What we need from you:

  • · An ability to drive for results and go for the win every time
  • · High motivation – performance driven to always meet or exceed targets
  • · A strong team work ethic
  • · Knowledge of the IT hardware and technology industry
  • · Top notch interpersonal/communication skills, both written and verbal
  • · Computer literacy skills, with knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • · High levels of resilience, integrity and honesty
  • · Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, plan and complete tasks
  • · A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach with ambition to drive the business forward
  • · Degree level education is desirable but not essential
  • · Demonstrable experience in a similar role

Due to the nature of some of our work, you may need to undertake a DBS and/or security check.

Job Duties:

  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Meet monthly quotas
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
  • Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
