The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

Successful candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day on Friday 21st August 2020 held at Carew House in Bodmin. Please note this will be either a morning or afternoon session to be confirmed.

Situated in the beautiful rural area of West Penwith, we are looking for an experienced, caring, motivated Assistant Practitioner to join our large, busy, professional and dynamic team covering several general practitioner surgeries. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will need to be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing as well as a desire for ongoing professional development.

You should also have an understanding of the changing climate of care delivery in the community.

The ability to travel independently across the West Locality to fulfil the requirements of the post is essential.
