We’re currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic, talented and commercially-savvy B2B Marketing Manager.
This role forms an integral part of our commercial go-to-market and you will be responsible for devising and implementing our B2B marketing strategy to drive inbound leads & grow our brand awareness within the enterprise employer & education sector.
What you'll be doingWorking closely with our CMO to implement an inbound strategy that will help generate marketing qualified leads for our sales team.
Take ownership and improve our B2B messaging, by understanding our target audience and customer personas.
Update and create new sales collateral to support our sales team.
Liaise with partner organisations to devise marketing campaigns that supports our overall strategy.
Write case studies & organise video testimonials with clients that have achieved success with Springpod.
Experiment across paid channels to drive inbound traffic.
Take ownership of our B2B content calendar (From SEO content through to Social).
Implement a CRM strategy to support with lead nurturing.
Produce weekly & monthly reports on progress & KPIs.
Who are we looking for?
2+ years of B2B marketing experience working either internally or agency side.
Experience planning cross-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong copywriting & proofreading skills.
Prior experience of putting together sales materials (pitch decks/ presentations etc).
Experience with managing paid-campaigns, from planning through to optimisation.
Good understanding of marketing automation & CRM (HubSpot/ Salesforce/ ActiveCampaign).
Ability to analyse data and to produce performance reports.
