iLoveVR is a new and upcoming business that is looking to start operating end of August/Early September

Our core business is providing VR Experiences to peoples doorsteps and to their businesses across Greater Manchester and beyond.

We are looking for a Business Development Extraordinaire who has a love for VR technology and gaming who can drive our business to both the general public and businesses across the North West.

A major focus is to be engaging with corporates around the services on offer so interactive office-based teambuilding games for employees for example. As well as this exploring possible routes of introducing VR into education.

iLoveVR aims to become one of the 'go to's' for people looking to have unique experiences with friends and family at their home or for employers to setup these unique experiences at their workplace.

Job Description

Driving force behind growth in the consumer and corporate market - as yet untapped and so a fantastic opportunity!
Commercial role tasked with hitting B2B revenue targets in the North West and then the UK
Set out and deliver our company strategy and plans for consumer and corporate sales across the sectors of teambuilding, learning & development, gifting and entertainment
Identify opportunities for new content/game creation - Researching new products, platforms and releases
As we grow you will be managing a development and operations team managerial aims and experiences would be desirable
Working with marketing and finance teams to agree associated revenue goals
Build expansive new networks
Lead and manage all pitches to potential clients
Generate and develop a consistent new business pipeline, producing performance reports and forecasts

The Successful Applicant

  • Has a genuine love for Virtual Reality and Gaming!
  • Strong sales experience in exceeding new business revenue targets
  • Self-confidence and ability to work on their own and within a team
  • Important to be able to manage their own time/diary, and be well organised
  • Industry experience (ie. entertainment/leisure) is not essential but having worked in a start/scale up environment and knowing the ropes around mucking in, in this sort of environment is extremely important
  • Excited by diving in and making a big impact in a new, fresh high-growth business
  • Honest, confident, fun and a real team player
  • Must have a driving licence and own vehicle
  • If needed be happy to complete a CRB and DBS check (for schools)
  • Flexibility to work weekends
  • A real urge to progress and grow!
