You will communicate, listen and respond effectively to their questions and concerns to enable a seamless user experience, high satisfaction and retention.
You’ll also act as the voice of the user internally by collecting, analysing and sharing feedback and insights from your interactions to our product, operations and growth teams. You’ll be part of a continuously improving capability, and will drive improvement in our internal user processes, as well as using insights to drive improvements organisation-wide. We’re a fast-growing company and as we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to and influence our user engagement and experience strategy.
