We are looking for a digital learning experience developer to join us at GRC eLearning. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the full digital learning development cycle, from idea generation and brainstorming to concept design, development and delivery, presenting our content through media-rich approaches and engaging techniques such as gamification. As a member of our learning experience team, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful creative input and actively shape the way we work to improve our products.
You will be involved in:
- Designing creative digital learning concepts;
Participating in ideas meetings and review sessions to collaboratively conceive and evaluate digital learning solutions;
Using your experience of working with diverse brand guidelines to set compelling visual styles;
Implementing high-quality digital learning solutions to a high standard using Articulate Storyline;
Creating graphics and UI designs for a variety of digital learning projects, including the production, sourcing and modification of imagery; and
Effectively implementing scripts and storyboards.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Experience in digital design, including interaction design;
Demonstrable experience with Articulate Storyline, including complex, bespoke template builds;
Demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; and
Basic technical knowledge of different digital learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, etc.) and LMSs/LRSs, and related opportunities and restrictions.
Animation skills are also desirable, though not a role requirement.
