We’re currently recruiting for a passionate and driven Financial Services Manager to support the Financial Controller.
Using your high levels of financial expertise, you’ll contribute to the management of accounting processes; including completion of financial returns to NHSI. What’s more, you’ll maintain and develop balance sheet coding guidance for the whole of Finance to use including monitoring balance sheets to ensure adherence and highlighting any exceptions.
You’ll be CCAB or CIMA qualified with experience of Financial Accounting in a large organisation, understanding the NHS and the Trust Financial Regime alongside the knowledge and understanding of strategic NHS issues and priorities are vitally important.
As for you personally, you’ll be a positive individual with a “can do attitude”, with the ability to communicate facts and ideas to others effectively. You will be a strong leader who works collaboratively with their team to secure a high level of commitment, trust and energy. Inevitably, you’ll be an analytical thinker with the tenacity to complete complex calculations at ease.
Humber Teaching Finance Department is committed to training, development, and continuous improvement; we are accredited with Future Focused Finance at Level 1, and registered as an Employer for CPD purposes with CIMA, ACCA, and CIPFA.
