Hestias Human Resources team is based in London Bridge, just five minutes from Borough Market.
We are a small but highly professional and closely-knit team.
Fully aligned to the purpose and needs of the organisation with the recent development of the five-year people strategy.
We work in a fast paced, flexible and solution focused way.
You will collaborate with the HR Service Centre team, Recruitment Manager and Learning and Development Manager to deliver appropriate advice and support to the specific customer group. Work as one with the broader HR team to deliver to the people strategy. Assist with HR policy review and development activity and deputise for the HR director on issues in her/ his absence. Act as Diversity and Inclusion lead under the guidance of the HR Director for the organisation. Be the role model, promote and advocate for Hestia Values.
You will have the opportunity to work with flexible start and end times around a core day of 10am and 4pm and the ability to work at home one day per week.

Person specification: -Experience as an HR business partner in fast paced , change orientated environment -Excellent communication and relationship building skills -Excellent knowledge of employment law -Significant experience and knowledge of TUPE, restructuring , change consultation -Detail conscious -Numerate -Excellent written English -IT literacy -Knowledge -Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address them appropriately.

Location: London Bridge with travel to services as required
Contract: 6 months fixed term contract
Salary: 40,656 per year
Hours: 39 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, flexi-time (core hours 10am 4pm)
