About the role
We’ve an amazing opportunity to join our IS team as an IS Project Manager to support our digitalisation of all things People/Colleague/HR.
We’ve looked at what we need and we are now looking for you to join us and to manage an enterprise wide transformation covering the whole breadth of our HR systems such as core HR - employee and manager self-service, payroll, reward & benefits, training & talent, recruitment and time & attendance.
You’ll be working alongside the HR team and the wider business to understand and interpret complex client /customer requirements, transforming them into effective product delivery solutions.
We’re looking for you to run a procurement exercise to select a product/products and to secure a partner/partners to work alongside us in the implementation of new systems. You’ll be leading a programme team comprising of business stakeholders, subject matter experts, internal IT professionals and 3rd party suppliers.
We’re looking for the successful candidate to have proven and demonstrable experience in the delivery of large-scale HR software based transformation projects and a proven track record in successfully embedding business change.
You’ll have proven and amazing organisational skills with the ability to proactively manage financials, costs to complete, capital cost, change requests and benefits realisation.
We’re looking for you to have great communication skill and outstanding stakeholder and vendors management skills, along with the ability to identify key internal and external stakeholders and adopt suitable strategies for their engagement.
We’re looking for you to have proven experience of delivering projects using both agile and waterfall methodology. It’s also great if you have experience of understanding the different phases of product delivery and is able to lead a team through the different phases of the delivery lifecycle. Understands and is aware of incident management and service support so that products are built effectively.
This role has been defined as a safety or security critical role and as a condition of a formal offer of employment you’ll be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test. Prospective employees and agency workers in defined safety and security critical roles will be required to undertake a drug and alcohol test after the job offer has been made. This will be prior to or within four weeks of their start date.
Prospective employees and agency workers who fail a pre-employment urine drug screen will have their sample analysed by the Company appointed laboratory as a matter of course. Failing a pre-employment drugs or alcohol test may lead to the job offer being revoked.
