Job Holders Primary Objectives
Provide support to the Group Head of Marketing in the implementation of the strategic marketing plan for HDR | Hurley Palmer Flatt Group and its subsidiary companies. To ensure best in class web design, graphic design, marketing and service is delivered to the business that underpins the core visions, values and objectives of the company with the support of the directors.
The role will encompass a broad range of web design, graphic design and marketing activities but will have a heavy focus on design and digital media channels incorporating all social media channels, requiring the post holder to be digital media savvy and aware of emerging trends in the digital marketing arena.Primary Responsibilities
An overview of the responsibilities of the role are as followed:
Essential Software Programme Skills
Social Media Platforms
Graphic Design - lead the graphic process on marketing materials from concept to print/digital publishing
Web & Online Platform design concepts & development working with external suppliers where required
Website maintenance working with internal stakeholders to ensure content remains relevant and drives engagement.
- SharePoint – including manage sites, design pages, establish libraries, post news, construct newsletters,
Digital and Print Newsletters and Magazines - manage and create written content and imagery, edit, publish and promote internal and external newsletters and magazines.
Social Media - Develop low-cost, high-impact social media campaigns that help build audience, promote brand and drive engagement.
Email Marketing campaigns - manage email campaigns for each brand, which will involve database management and working with key sectors within the group
Analytics, Analysis and Reporting – using various tools to produce reports and analysis to meet marketing objectives.
- Campaigns - execute campaigns from start to finish, including planning, strategy, coordination, content creation, execution, post event reporting and analysis
Events - support events team where required.
Content - copywriting for a variety of marketing materials used internally and externally
- Provide support with awards entries and event management.

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Web Design, or combination of education and relevant experience.
6 to 8 years’ of experience in a marketing and design role.
Experience with graphic design, marketing and web design.
Experience working with digital and social media campaigns.
Experience managing ongoing projects with limited supervision.
Experience with producing video and rich media content for digital channels.
Experience with planning, designing and managing email campaigns using Dot Digital.
Excellent proof reading and copywriting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentational skills.
Advanced skills in in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere and Illustrator).
Advanced experience in SharePoint and WordPress management, design and troubleshooting.
Experience with Google analytics and understanding what the best practices are for SEO.
Self-starter; can work well independently or in a team environment.
