Job Description :
Do something different in customer service and start a rewarding career servicing one of our most prestigious clients in our inbound Contact Centre.
Flexible Shift Hours: 4 shifts per week Monday to Sunday 21:00-7:30 for 3 nights and 21:00- 07:00 for 1 night.
£22,000 (plus £1,200 night shift allowance per annum), benefits, based in Chiswick, West London
We are looking for empathetic, customer-centric individuals who are looking for a challenge in a fast-paced environment. You will be servicing our largest client the US military, supporting their healthcare program which is known as TRICARE. You will be using system such as Salesforce CRM system and omnichannel.
