The Health Work and Wellbeing department (formally Occupational Health) based at Whiston Hospital.

This exciting new opportunity supporting a forward thinking dynamic multi-disciplinary team who provide services to all Trust staff, Lead Employer which encompasses Drs in the North West as well as East Midlands, West Midlands and East of England.

The Health Work and Well Being team support managers and staff to look after their health and well-being.

This role offers a new and exciting opportunity for someone to work within the Health Work and Well Being Service and help to support the health and wellbeing of staff. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team assisting in providing support for all staff employed by St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

The post holder will support the non physical health of all staff within the Trust; this may be in one to one sessions or with group work. You will work alongside other members of the non- physical health team as well as the Health Work and well Being Team.

An Enhanced DBS Certificate, with the checking of the Vulnerable Adults’ Barred List is required for this post.

Interviews for this position will take place on 18th August 2020. They will be competency based, and applicants may be required to complete a seen or unseen presentation, clinical scenario or test as part of this interview process.
