The challenge:

You will support the Sales leadership in driving results across the various routes to market providing updates and analysis to leadership!

What you'll do

  • Leads assignments and lead routing grids
  • Provides daily/weekly and quarterly insights and ad-hoc analysis
  • Maps and creates Sales processes & SLA’s
  • Be the single Point of Contact and interface to marketing operations and in collaboration ensures that SLA’s are kept for lead dispositioning and management.
  • Builds SFDC dashboards for sales managers
  • Provides training to sales teams on how to use SFDC

In addition, the Analyst will work with the wider Sales Operations team to:

  • Support the forecasting process, including analysis of changes and position +/- against YTD quota
  • End of quarter process as well as commission reconciliation
  • Content and insight input to reviews & management meetings
  • Support the fiscal year planning process with market and customer analytics using planning database. Provide data analysis to support go-to-market strategy & coverage
  • Diverse ad-hoc projects that require analytical and critical thinking as well as attention to detail
  • Represent the Sales Operations function in internal and external team meetings
  • Collaborate with other organizations on an as needed basis (i.e. Global Ops, HR, Finance, etc…).

What you’ll need:

  • Related work experience in the Sales, Sales Support/Operations or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry
  • Strong planning, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proven mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills
  • Ability to analyze and document sophisticated business processes, should be a problem solver
  • Must be self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment.
  • Hands on mentality, proactivity and phenomenal attention to detail.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, esp. Excel is required, SalesForce.com & Tableau / PowerBI also a must have
