The role of the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations in EMEA is to focus on the strategy, design, execution and operations of the region’s lead management processes, database, email comms and velocity programs, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses. The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations is agile and has a passion for data, metrics, and reporting.

The Marketing Operations Senior Manager also excels in operations that facilitate scalability, predictability, and efficiency of marketing operations. This is an engaging and hands-on role and the Marketing Operations Senior Manager, therefore, is an individual who is highly capable of operating and excelling at the strategic and tactical positions, while collaborating closely with the team based in NAM.

The Marketing Operations Manager will ensure proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and processes that will support exceptional lead management, digital velocity, enhanced data and lead quality. S/he manages all marketing operations in EMEA with the main focus of managing all marketing communications (email) and velocity programs (nurture, webinars and newsletters) including translation while tracking the performance and success of those programs (open rates, click thru rates, MQCs, SAOs, pipeline etc).

What you’ll own:

  • Implement, measure and optimise EMEA marketing programs and event execution across the marketing automation tech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Engagio and webinar platforms. This includes marketing attribution, email programs (including translated emails and landing pages), engagement streams, webinars, data segmentation, and in region reporting for our digital velocity programs

  • Responsible for EMEA prospect and customer databases, maintaining data cleanliness, segmentation, purchase and touch cadences

  • Partner with the Global Marketing Operations team to understand and influence standards and implement best practices in relation to lead flow, lead scoring and routing

  • Recommend technology and campaign/program process improvements and implement regionally as required

  • Manage velocity programs in EMEA including webinars, nurture and newsletters and emails to the region

  • Ensure compliance to EMEA data privacy laws and GDPR processes

  • Work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely and effective integration and uploads of leads from various demand generation initiatives and events.

  • Run EMEA webinars in time zone

  • Drive cross-functional, end-to-end improvement initiatives. E.g. projects that drive the health of the database through data enrichment, hygiene and persona segmentation

Experience you’ll need:

  • 5+ years experience in a marketing operations role

  • A bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical field

  • Proven and successful experience and expertise in CRM solutions and marketing automation (Marketo certification)

  • Knowledge of Lead scoring and engagement models, funnel metrics and analysis

  • Expertise in lead scoring, ROI, leading volume trends, forecasting, and SaaS experience
