The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

An opportunity has arisen for 2 highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic individuals to join the Service Desk Team within Digital Services on a fixed term contract for 12 months. The primary aim of this role is to provide first line support to staff on matters relating to Digital Systems. This position will require excellent communication skills and the ability to log all calls according to departmental procedures.

The post holder will need to have the ability to communicate with staff at all levels and work effectively and efficiently as part of a team.

This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week, Job share will be considered.
