Staff Nurse - Admission & Assessment Unit level 3 and 4
Division: Unplanned & Integrated Care
Care Group: Urgent and Emergency Care
Salary: £24,907 - £30,615 per annum/pro rata
Interview date: Week Commencing 28th September 2020
We are recruiting for a Staff Nurse who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
The successful post holder will be expected to ensure that patients’ receive high quality clinical care and a good patient experience, having regard for their customs, religious beliefs and doctrines.
As a Staff Nurse you will ensure that you carry out clinical practice within designated clinical areas, ensuring that high qualities, current evidence-based nursing assessment, care planning, implementation, interventions and evaluations for patients is provided from admission through to discharge.
The role will offer an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated and dynamic team on our 48 bedded unit spread across male and female wards. The unit is fast paced and there are lots of opportunities to develop extended practice skills while delivering standards of care of the highest quality.
