To help deliver our 2030 Strategy, we are now looking to recruit a Strategic Project Development Officer to join our successful External Funding team, which is part of our growing research and innovation group. This exciting post is central to delivering on the University’s goals to have a positive and sustainable impact on the local economy; and increasing our research and innovation income. The postholder willlead the development of ground-breaking project applications to a wide range of funding bodies, look ahead to identify new opportunities and work across departments to create virtual teams to iterate ideas. As an anchor institution, Falmouth works closely with its partners in the region including Cornwall Council, the Local Enterprise Partnership, other universities and business organisations. You will provide strategic support to the Director of Innovation and Research Funding in managing relationships with these and other groups, building on your existing network of contacts.
