Develops and implements marketing strategies in country including but not limited to campaigns, local content and case studies and events. Defines and implements go to market programs for direct and indirect partnering marketing programs and integrates these with campaigns and customer journey. Develops implementation strategy and marketing materials in conjunction with field personnel to the identified sales channels. Manages relationships with fellow travellers to maximize return on marketing objectives. Track and analyse campaign and program data/indicators to improve performance and impact. Work with external consultants, agencies and other third-party vendors in line with Intel best practices.

Job description:

  • Devise and socialise an effective audience-based data-driven and insights led marketing plan for given segments. Ensure it ladders up to the overall UK GMP field marketing and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an effective media campaign, across programmatic, paid and organic social, publisher partner programs and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with key OEMs and ecosystem partners for in-country opportunities. Ensure approach is in lockstep with account managers for direct and partner marketing funds to sell out.
  • Lead an integrated marcom approach across all vehicles with an eye on innovation in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business including PR, digital, business unit, and consumer and business field marketing leads. Ensure the approach is mapped to a connected customer journey and integrated content strategy.
  • Support key Channel accounts with integrated marketing assets and consultancy.
  • Conduct strategic integrated planning, partnering with sales on bottoms up plans with ROI focus. Ensure all activities in country/segment aligned to business and marketing strategic priorities. Own country/segment budget management.
  • Leverage regional and local marketing agency support as execution arm, ensuring deliverables are on track and within budget.
