Project Management Professional - Private Consultancy

Our client is a multi discipline Private Property and Construction Consultancy based in London and are currently seeking an Associate Director or Director Professional who has demonstrable experience in Project Management Delivery of High Profile Hotels.

Due to the nature of their work they are looking to appoint an Associate Director of Project Management who can take ownership of a major project on behalf of a key client.

Our client gets involved in Mixed Use developments and as such they would consider someone who has a strong property delivery background, however High Profile Hotels experience would be preferable.

In order to be considered for this opportunity the client has requested that you have demonstrable experience in delivering schemes up to £80million from inception to completion; this is very much a client facing role and so you must have excellent communication skills.
