Salary range: £42,281 - £45,859 per annum

Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working
Contract type: Fixed term for 24 months

Oxfordshire Libraries are preparing to launch a Business Intellectual Property Centre (BIPC) in its flagship city library in the heart of Oxford in a new and rare opportunity to join the developing BIPC network in libraries which are funded by The British Library.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to set up and grow a new business service for new and emerging entrepreneurs in Oxfordshire, in particular women, people from ethnic minorities and young people. You will initially work with commissioned partners and The British Library to establish a programme of in-person as well as online learning and networking activities with a view to leading the service in the city and establishing a satellite service in another library in the county.
We are looking for someone who is a highly skilled communicator. Someone with a strong business knowledge, who can enthuse and persuade ordinary people to believe they can set up a business in these challenging times.
