eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager

£40,000- £45,000 DOE + excellent benefits package

Based Knutsford, Cheshire

Our client is a global Dermatology Company. They have a strong presence in the NHS which has led to an additional and established growing national accounts segment.

Ecommerce is a strategically important channel for our client. Their brands are already available via prescription, and they are looking at digital marketing and ecommerce to increase sales in direct to consumer and direct to trade business. In this role you will develop and implement online commercial plans. You'll build multichannel customer acquisition and retention strategies, and help grow the customer base. You'll manage e-commerce platforms in the UK and support the UK Marketing Team to ensure sustainable growth and best use of resources in digital activity in the UK.

Your entrepreneurial spirit will spot and monetise opportunity. And you'll have skills in trading online and digital marketing that can help this important channel optimise the on-site customer experience. As the eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the associated analysis of segments, including tracking key website KPIs; building price and promotional plans; managing operational costs, the profitability of the channel; and monitoring spend vs. budget

To be considered for this exciting position you will meet the following
  • A degree in marketing, business, pharmacy, science, or a related field is essential.
  • Successful completion of other relevant training (such as marketing, public relations, negotiations or event management), is an advantage.
  • Post graduate qualifications in business, management, finance or marketing, are highly desirable
  • Minimum three years' experience in digital & trade marketing, marketing or brand management, marketing team management within modern market, pharmacy or medical channels
  • Marketing experience with key account management and dealing with category managers and buyers of major pharmacy chains in is desirable
  • 2 years' experience with Magento 2 and Adobe Campaign
  • Location: within easy commuting distance of Knutsford, Cheshire
