Electrical Project Engineer - Looking for a new challenge?

Job purpose:

The role of Electrical Project Engineer is to provide expertise to all electrical scope of projects with a special focus on the installation of instrumentation (Flow Meters, Pumps Motors, Pneumatics, pressure, levels, temperature transmitters, servo control systems etc.

From Design through to commissioning. Your familiarity with PLC control and SCADA systems is also crucial.

Job scope:
  • Read / understand / edit electrical drawings
  • Strong problem solving mastery, be able to troubleshoot issues and define countermeasures
  • Design and implement technical modification to equipment
  • Support large projects as a technical resource
  • Collaborate with partners across the business
  • Write and cover permitted work
  • Project plan
  • Attend breakdowns
  • Root cause components and repair technical faults Requirements / Qualifications
    • Previous experience and qualifications and a project Electrical Engineer
    • City & Guilds or equivalent
    • Ordinary National Certificate (ONC) or higher national Certificate HNC in electrical engineering
    • Full modern apprenticeship in electrical engineering
    • ATEX qualification or experience in working in an ATEX environment The hours:

      07:00 to 15:00

      The days:

      Monday to Friday

      The pay:

      An hourly rate calculate from annual pay range between £60 to 100k per annum, dependant on experience and qualifications
