We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to work for RCT Council. We will offer you a highly competitive salary with benefits like: Regular work, an experienced consultant to provide support etc.

Location- RCT

Pay Rates: £11.27/hr.

Duties & Requirements:
  • Logging calls and troubleshooting both remotely and in person
  • Maintaining high level of customer service
  • 2+ Years of experience in a service desk environment
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Great with Office 365 and Windows 10
  • Microsoft Certified Professional and ITIL Qualifications are a plus!
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Testing new technology
  • Possibly training junior staff
