Job Description :

I am looking for a contract IT Technician on a short term paying £15ph in Thurrock, Essex. The succesful applicant must have a car as travel between local sites will be required (mileage will be paid).

Your responsibilities will be to build Windows 10 laptops from an SCCM task sequence, update laptops with latest Microsoft security patches post build, issue laptops with VPN to end users and show users how to use basic functions of VPN.

Essentials:
  • Advanced Windows 10 configuration
  • Active Directory management/administration/maintenance (Windows 2003/2008/2012)
  • Microsoft Project knowledge/experience ITIL awareness
  • Ability to administer access/folder permissions in windows and Active Directory
  • Basic Server and VMware maintenance experience Desirables:
    • Experience of PRINCEII Project management methodologies or other Project Management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
    • ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate (Green Badge)
    • Microsoft Certification (MCSA/MCSE)
