Job Description :

You will join the team in a busy healthcare environment and be responsible for the ongoing responsive/reactive maintenance work as well as schedule planned maintenance. to meet the standards expected by the client. The position available is a temporary assignment for a 3 month period which could be extended.

You will be working Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) and required to carry out varied multi trade repairs such as lamp changes, unblocking of plumbing/pipework, changing taps, fitting washers, replacing ceiling tiles, changing door handles through to painting and decorating.

Requirements
  • Previous commercial building services experience
  • Healthcare experience is desirable
  • Multi trade experience - basic plumbing, painting & decorating, locks/door handle replacements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Time served or trade qualification You will be provided with training and further development as part of this varied and genuinely diverse opportunity.
