Minimum qualifications:
  • Experience working with or for E-commerce, Advertising Technology, or Marketing Automation companies.
  • Experience managing product implementation projects.
  • Experience with business development in emerging technology industries.
  • Experience leading, building, and mentoring sales teams. Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience in channel management and knowing how to motivate partners to achieve mutually agreed upon business growth, product, and customer goals.
    • Experience working with small and medium sized businesses from a Sales, Marketing, and Product Design perspective.
    • Ability to translate partner and customer product requirements into solutions, partnering with Product Management and Engineering teams.
    • Excellent lead generation and branding skills. About the job

      The Channel Partner team works with companies who bundle and integrate Google Ad products with their own to deliver value to their customer base. We partner with technology platform companies including eCommerce, Advertisement Technology, Marketing Automation, and others.

      The Channel Partner’s business development team identifies prospective partners in emerging industries and discusses partnerships to drive the business forward.

      In this role, you will help set the long-term strategy for the business and help your teams execute on that strategy. You will also help formulate the global strategy, and lead the in helping the global organization achieve its annual plans.

      Responsibilities
      • Create new partner models and business, while helping team members develop their careers and flourish.
      • Partner with the global leadership team to create annual plans, execute the plans, and achieve goals.
      • Manage the product integration process with technology platform partners, implement milestones and resource requirements, and ensure market launches with high quality solutions.
      • Coordinate strategy and execution for Business Development and Technical Solutions global capabilities.
