Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in SQL, as well as one or more statistical tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, Python)
  • Experience working with data, building models, managing scenarios, and summarizing takeaways and insights Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience in the mobile or consumer electronic industries
    • Experience planning for and managing large-scale, interrelated, complex projects, and coordinating/collaborating with cross-functional team members to deliver results
    • Experience delivering and working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment
    • Excellent business modeling, project management, and analytical skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with peers, management, and cross-functional teams

      You will drive measurement, analysis, and testing initiatives supporting global and regional marketing programs. You will directly analyze large data sets, and design and perform statistical analyses that continuously improve our process efficiency and campaign impact. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of marketing, product management, analytics and engineers, you will tap into the underlying data, align on key metrics/methodologies and generate insights that enable marketers to develop valuable, highly effective programs.

      In this role, you will be working with multiple stakeholders across the organization to define metrics and deliver insightful data and analysis. You will drive product and marketing decisions for the device ecosystem. Our goal is to provide actionable insights that put users in their context of business decisions.

      You will be responsible for translating data into meaningful interpretations, recommendations, and implement process improvements. The metrics and analyses you develop will serve as a key input into marketing decision-making. You will collaborate with other Marketing teams and the global Analyst community, to share strategic insights and best practices.

      Responsibilities
      • Translate business questions into projects that will inform strategic and tactical decisions. Identify insights to drive an increase in products used by users.
      • Drive insights and recommendations in structured and unstructured data environments. Work on large complex data sets or developing decision-making frameworks in situations with limited data.
      • Partner cross-functionally with a variety of teams and stakeholders to execute high impact initiatives.
      • Manage marketing analytics for consumer campaigns. Own the success metrics and measurement plans that statistically explain the incremental impact of the campaigns.
      • Deliver compelling presentations to executive leaders, which distill key insights as well as provide actionable recommendations to all of our teams (e.g., global creative, global go-to-market, country, regional, etc.).
