Marketing Executive, Human Resources, based in Belper, Salary £25,000 per annum FTE

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join and complement our small team of HR professionals within a successful, growing HR outsource business based in Belper. The team support a client base across the North Derbyshire area and now need to recruit for a Marketing Executive to lead the Marketing and Business Development activity throughout the business to help grow and sustain our HR, recruitment and training provisions with healthy and profitable contracts.

This is a busy and varied role within a growing business which will require a degree of flexibility and a willingness to travel.

This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week at your own flexibility, with a start date as soon as possible.

Marketing Executive Main Duties:
  • Developing marketing strategies and campaigns to increase lead generation for our three business strands – HR, Recruitment and Training.
  • Carrying out marketing activity to increase the awareness of our HR Dept territories.
  • Promoting the company, build its brand and ensure its visibility, to potential employees and business partners.
  • Identifying PR and marketing opportunities to raise awareness and our profile in the local communities we operate in.
  • Delivering upon marketing and lead generation activities from the outset through to completion.
  • Taking ownership for the website, improving its content, ensuring it is up to date, analysing its data and increasing its lead generation.
  • Taking ownership for our Company’s Google My Business, LinkedIn and Facebook pages, ensuring that all Central office content is pushed out, as well as locally written content from the team.
  • Supporting the wider team in pushing out marketing content on social media.
  • Maintaining and updating the marketing test and measure document, using the data to drive decisions on future marketing activity.
  • Attending events and exhibitions to promote our services.
  • Undertaking any other additional duties required by the Company from time to time. Marketing Executive Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
    • Previous experience within a similar role.
    • Car owner and a full driving licence is essential.
    • Tenacious and successful in new business, business development and marketing.
    • Ability to look ahead and see the big picture across the whole business.
    • First class communication skills and customer service skills.
    • Excellent telephone manner.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
    • Great ability to hunt out leads and new opportunities.
    • Able to hold their own, put their own point of view across well and influence at all levels within the team.
    • Strong organisation skills.
