Contribute to a culture in which the team can surface and discuss their ideas openly and considerately.
Work alongside other SEiTs and test engineers from across the tribe, to produce larger initiatives and drive a higher standard of test capability.
You have a deep understanding of test automation, where it provides benefits and where we should stick to manual testing.
Demonstrate care for the security and integrity of the data that passes through your products, as well as the portability, scalability and maintainability.
Be willing to pivot when circumstances/requirements change outside your teams’ control.
You will join a community of other SEiTs, Test Analysts/Engineers and Software Engineers within the tribe and collectively work with the tribe’s Test Managers to ensure that you are given the best support possible.
