Part-Time Office Coordinator
Office-Based, 5 days a week
25hrs per week split across the 5 days, Flexible on when hours are worked

Our Client is in the travel industry and is in need of an Office Coordinator on a Part-Time basis to manage their Sattelite office here in London.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to,
  • Reviewing and renewing contracts for office, insurance, etc.
  • Liaising with building reception and dealing with any issues that may arise.
  • Marketing approvals and feedback.
  • Collating invoices and supporting's at the end of the campaign period
  • Requesting and collating monthly passenger data
  • Monitoring UK mailbox and answering where necessary
  • Ensuring the holiday spreadsheet is up to date and approvals logged
  • Requesting and sending out merchandise as and when needed
  • Answering queries from the general public and sending out maps/guides as requested
  • Managing, rebooting, and renewing the comms room equipment as and when needed
  • Ad hoc admin duties (collecting and collating feedback forms, ensuring all documents received from fokam trip participants, etc.)
  • Manage the logistics and planning for an office move. If interested then please do apply for the role.
