As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

      The User Support team is the foundation of the HR Operations organization, delivering exceptional experiences to our users. Our team runs global operations and builds a framework to manage user queries and processes to an effective standard.

      In this role, you will rely on metrics and insights to drive thoughtful workforce planning, make recommendations for program improvements, and deliver consistent and reliable support around the globe.

      Responsibilities
      • Work as part of a project team to analyze, document, and transition processes to the HR Operations organization and supporting vendor.
      • Deliver above and beyond operational excellence, in line with assigned service goals, identifying opportunities to improve and scale in order to elevate operations to an excellent standard.
      • Resolve and prioritize sensitive user issues through consultation with vendors and collaboration with partner support.
      • Implement and execute service delivery improvements and process/scope changes, including vendor activities.
      • Surface relevant user feedback to Partner Support. Collaborate on initiatives to address user needs, including consulting on content, process, and policy improvements.
