Minimum qualifications:
  • Experience within the German market in an HR partnership role
    • Experience as a human resources generalist in a multi-national company
    • Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently. Preferred qualifications:
      • Knowledge of organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, mentoring and development, talent management, and diversity, equity and inclusion
        • Understanding of regional context for Central Europe
        • Ability to build relationships with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders About the job

          As a People Partner, you will create people strategy that will support Google employees in realizing their ambitions. You'll challenge convention to reinvent how work is done and partner with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts to design and execute the strategy for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize in relation to work.

          Responsibilities
          • Serve as a trusted advisor, mentor, and thought leader within the client organization by playing a key role in enhancing leadership effectiveness.
          • Develop long-term people strategies that prioritize client organization needs while managing consistency with global/regional people priorities, and local nuances. Manage communication of people strategy.
          • Lead efforts to improve organizational health by monitoring trends and metrics related to undefined and/or multi-dimensional problems, advocating to leadership, and sponsoring a diverse and inclusive workforce/environment.
          • Identify organizational and talent gaps to successfully execute business strategy by evaluating the talent landscape to inform resourcing and development plans.
