Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience coaching advertisers in the use of the Google Ads, Google Shopping, or Search Ads 360 platforms.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently. Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience managing technical programmatic/data and analytics projects for customers.
    • Understanding of cloud, data, analytics, measurement technologies, and associated key industry players.
    • Ability to use a strategic and analytical sales approach to work well in a large, fast-paced, complex, and perpetually evolving environment.
    • Ability to influence internally and externally.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. About the job

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

      As the Performance Solution Specialist, you will turn product innovations into client solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of Google’s advertising products and the web. We partner with Sales team members in building the commercial strategy, and we equip customer-facing Googlers with essential product expertise. We are fascinated by all things digital and passionate about shaping the quickly evolving world of online advertising.

      In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with a United Kingdom sector leadership team to define and execute on the UKs top priority product areas. You will set the business priorities across Search Performance Solutions for your sector, aligned to the UK priorities, and support them in growing their clients' performance through product development, client meetings, and solution narratives. You'll be expected to be a part of the sector leadership group.

      Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

      Responsibilities
      • Be the business partner to sector Sales and Leadership teams to ensure adoption of priority performance products and solution strategies.
      • Meet with key clients and agencies to support and receive feedback on solution narratives.
      • Work with Product to incubate and launch products or features, to ensure they have the need to know information to drive scale.
      • Provide analytical (sales and market) insights, prepare executive and sector specific leadership plans to address performance challenges, and execute them together with Large Customer Sales teams.
