Job Title: Sales Support Engineer (German Speaker, Engineering degree)
Location: Cropmead, Crewkerne
Salary: £25-30k (£40k OTE)

A medium sized, British manufacturer of motors, our client is an established enterprise founded decades ago. After their successful launch in Germany, they’re now looking to expand their reach in Europe – and need a Sales Support Engineer to help handle the growing demands throughout South Germany. You’ll be based out of the company’s offices in Somerset.

Sales Support Engineer Package:
  • A competitive basic salary of between €33-35k

  • International travel (once safe again) Sales Support Engineer Role:
    • Support the demands of sales projects and wider technical sales
    • Prepare for project responses and price negotiations
    • Support on annual price reviews, further development of existing products and more
    • Project Management
    • Define, with the support of the wider engineering team, the best customer solutions based on the company’s product range
    • Interact with the engineering team to follow up on product development, samples manufacturing and final customer testing
    • Build long term business relationships with customers Sales Support Engineer:
      • Written and spoken fluency in German and English
      • An Engineering degree
      • Some commercial experience beneficial
      • Ambitious and inquisitive
