It’s an exciting time to be joining WorldFirst in the UK/EU Marketing team. We are developing market changing products and have recently migrated to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to integrate and complement our Sales Cloud central CRM. Working closely with the Senior CRM Manager you’ll support them through the funnel from lead form and lead capture through to referral, activation and retention programmes – plus have amazing tech and partners to support and enhance your endeavours. Key responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of CRM marketing campaigns for the EMEA region, as well as supporting global campaigns from our Australia and Asia teams. Working with the Senior CRM Manager to plan, to building and executing and then reporting.
  • Providing continual optimisation and automation through data analysis, testing and reporting.
  • Customer Journey Mapping analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
  • Direct communications with customers through the CRM.
  • Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Segmenting of the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers.
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for WorldFirst and its products.
  • Scheduling, testing and deployment of all email campaigns, making sure all relevant tracking measures are implemented.
  • Post campaign analysis, with recommendations for future projects communication to stakeholders to help drive our ROI.
  • Work with the digital acquisition team to funnel leads into our nurture programmes.
  • Create, test and optimise email marketing templates.
  • Assist with the management of the email database, segment creation for other teams as well.
  • Working with external agencies and suppliers where necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM plan. Key Skills/Experience
    • Degree educated ideally from an IT or related degree.
    • Proven track record of creation and delivery of successful CRM marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • SFMC experience is essential in: Email Studio, Audience Builder, Journey Builder, Analytics, SMS module.
    • SFMC experience is preferable in Ad Studio, PUSH, Social Studio
    • The candidate should be comfortable creating and managing complicated data sets and data extensions within SFMC to power email campaigns, journeys and personalised content.
    • Demonstrate extensive experience in creating and optimising journeys within SFMC
    • AMP Script and SQL expertise is essential. Experience of Form Assembly desirable.
    • Excellent understanding of CRM principles in a B2B and B2C environment. Has managed in-depth AB testing programs and can demonstrate the value these have driven
    • Excellent technical knowledge of CRM. Comfortable managing integrations between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
    • Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organisation.
    • Strong commercial outlook and the ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders.
    • HTML & Database knowledge will help to assist issues with email template fixes and segmentation builds.
    • Data-driven and comfortable with reporting and analytics as the campaigns and projects you run will have a demonstrable impact on the business.
