While executing campaigns hands-on, you’ll play a leading role within the wider marketing team as a role model and coach, using your experience to build scalable, solid foundations for efficient marketing campaign practice. As a result, you will need to be able to:
  • Ideate, plan and deliver timely, outcome-led B2B integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Deliver regular reports on campaign results, including web analysis and KPIs, to set up new campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to optimise processes, evaluate and implement new tools to drive efficiencies and optimise channels.
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and sales assets, acquire formal sign off if necessary. Examples of Key Responsibilities:

    The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will deliver and co-ordinate the marketing campaigns across EMEA markets and support new market launches within the region. Responsibilities include, not exclusively, the following:
    • Develop, own and execute a detailed demand generation, marketing communication and activity plan for EMEA covering both online and offline activities
    • Plan and deliver marketing activities and programs dedicated to the existing B2B customers to identify both upsell and cross sell opportunities
    • Deliver the key offline communications for trade shows and events, with the support of internal and/or external copywriters. Deliver events from an on-ground marketing angle to support commercial teams.
    • Within the marketing planning cycle identify, book and manage the logistics around local/regional industry and trade events
    • Own regional deployment of campaign strategy, support commercial activities and other initiatives. Work with existing tools such as SalesForce
    • Execute demand generation, ABM and inbound programs based on the wider regional/global strategy
    • Deliver management reports through the analysis of campaign effectiveness via measured uptake of turnover
    • Demonstrate clear ROI from all marketing campaigns carried out
    • Strong collaborative work with the wider team (commercial, reporting, data, design, web)
    • Own the local relationship with the product and commercial teams for each campaign, to collaborate on local events and programs, with specific focus to drive collaboration, cross/upsell opportunities and ultimately pipeline growth
    • Own the lead process and lead scoring, ensure sales alignment and timely follow up of leads in respective campaigns
    • Continually analyse performance metrics and optimise the product messaging across customer funnel.
    • Continuously refine our customer segmentation analysis and positioning.
    • Providing best-practise and localization knowledge as needed to the teams or managers driving the localization process
    • Work with the marketing colleagues to develop marketing and Sales assets according to brand objectives.
    • The scope of the role may be adjusted based on the evolving business requirements Key Capabilities:
      • Excellent written communication skills, with ability to understand technical language and translate it into marketing CVPs.
      • Must be experience in Omni-channel marketing campaign planning
      • Excellent stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
      • Knowledge of marketing strategy and channels.
      • Must be very KPI and analytics driven.
      • Experience working on international markets.
      • Ability to influence and communicate priorities across departments.
      • Experience working with Sales teams.
      • Full marketing portfolio experience would be of interest to include video, social, blog, events, webinars and developing collateral
